We started our favorite vegetables from seeds so they’ll be ready to plant later this spring ☀️ My son planted cucumbers and green beans, and I planted tomatoes and jalapeño peppers 🌱🤞
To start our seedlings, we used paper egg cartons, which we’ll compost when we’re done. The potting soil was repurposed from a pot that grew tomatoes last year 🙂
Starting vegetables from seeds is less wasteful than buying plants from a garden center because there are no plastic pots. If all our seedlings make it, we will save 24 pots! 😃💚🌎
