Tiny Trash Can zero waste pizza night

Friday night tradition: pizza! Here’s our zero waste take on it:

  • Homemade pizza dough made with bulk ingredients (I make the dough before picking my son up from school so it’s ready to use when we get home)
  • Pizza sauce from a can (apparently my homemade sauce is “too tomato-y” according to my son 😂)
  • Bocconcini purchased package-free from the Adonis cheese counter
  • Locally grown basil harvested this morning from Lufa Farms

And some bulk white wine from SAQ doesn’t hurt either 😉
