On the menu tonight: my go-to zero waste pasta dish featuring a tomato sauce made with fresh tomatoes from Lufa Farms, basil from my community garden and bulk spices from Marché Adonis on a bed of homemade pasta made with bulk flour from Bulk Barn and eggs from Épicerie LOCO. It was accompanied, of course, by a glass of bulk red wine from Entrepôt du Vin en Vrac 😉. Bon appétit! 😋
