I couldn’t resist buying these at my neighbor’s garage sale. I mean, can you ever have too many mason jars?! 😂
These are actually going to my son’s school for our zero waste store, but they would make a great starter kit for anyone starting their zero waste journey. There’s no need to buy expensive matching pantry jars; garage sales and thrift stores are full of beautiful glass containers. I got all these for only $5 😲
While you may need to eventually replace the lids (which are easily recyclable), the glass is nearly indestructible. Plus, these jars can be used for so many things—shopping at bulk stores, buying drinks on the go, keeping leftovers, storing craft items, canning foods, freezing homemade sauces—the possibilities are endless!
I can’t wait to see what I find at the garage sales tomorrow 😃
