These kale chips are a favorite after school snack at our house. They’re so easy to make plus they can be made zero waste. Kale usually comes plastic free (I generally find it with a twist tie); olive oil and salt can be purchased at bulk stores. Plus, they’re nutritious and delicious! Need I say more?!
- Remove stems from lacinato kale.
- Tear into 3-inch strips and toss with some olive oil.
- Place in single layer on a plate then microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
