I love goat cheese, but I haven’t found it anywhere without plastic packaging. So this weekend, I decided to try to make my own. Not only was it super easy, it’s also half the price of store bought!

Ingredients: goat milk, lemon juice, white vinegar and salt
Total cook time: 20 minutes
