Ingredients
A couple handfuls of dandelion blossoms
Water
Honey

Directions

1. Pick dandelions blossoms that are completely open (that way they're easier to clean). Also, be sure to pick flowers from an area that's away from roads and hasn’t been sprayed with chemicals. Let the blossoms sit outside for about 10 or 15 minutes so any little insects can crawl off them.

2. Place flowers in a colander and rinse well under cold, running water. Put cleaned flowers in a glass container (I used a quart-sized mason jar and filled it about half way with flowers).

3. Pour boiling water over the flowers and let steep for about 10 minutes. When done, strain out the dandelions and let the resulting dandelion flower tea chill in the fridge.
